How many games did my team get?+
Three guaranteed games per team in pool play. Top finishers advanced to bracket play for medals.
How much did it cost?+
2026 registration is closed. Standard team fee was $199. Early Bird was $179 (save $20, through June 1), Mid Season was $189 (save $10, June 1 – July 1), and Final Call was $199 (July 1 – July 26). One flat fee — no per-player charges.
Where was the tournament held?+
Friendship Valley Elementary School — 1100 Gist Rd Basecamp 1, Westminster, MD 21157. Exact field assignments and parking details were emailed to coaches the week of the event.
How big were rosters?+
Up to 6 players per team. Teams played 3v3 on small-sided fields — keep your bench tight.
What's the difference between Premier and Classic?+
Premier is for top-flight travel sides — EDP Flight 2 & below, CMSA B or higher. Classic is entry to mid-level travel — EDP Flight 3 & above, CMSA C, URSL, or strong rec.
What happened if it rained?+
We played through light weather. For lightning or unsafe conditions we delayed or compressed the schedule. Tournament fees were non-refundable and we communicated early.
Were there refs?+
Yes. Real, paid refs on every match.
Was there food?+
Food trucks were on-site all day plus a snack stand — Serra on Main, Kona Ice of Carroll County, Carli's Coffee Company, and In10se BBQ Catering & Concessions all joined us.
What did players get?+
Medals were awarded to 1st and 2nd place finishers. Every player took home a Summer Storm resistance band. Tournament t-shirts were available for purchase on-site.
